- Relay Batons (set of 8)
- Multi-timers and Stop Watches
- Portable PA System - suitable for entire ground
- Up to 2 shelters erected for you around the ground (you are welcome to bring more)

- Photo Finish and Photo Finish Operators
- Results service using HyTek Meet Manager
- Athletics Officials for management of specific track or field events
