​Ages: 6 to Masters
Time: 2:00pm to  6:00pm
Cost: $15 for up to 6 events
Registrations Open: Monday 27 November 2023 at 8:00am

​Entries Close: Wednesday 3 January 2024 at 6:00pm

2:00pm - 100m (all ages)
3.00pm - 200m (all ages)
4:00pm – 400m (all ages)
5.00pm – 800m (all ages)
5:30pm – Steeplechase 2k and 3k (age 14+)*
*Events will be conducted for each barrier height and distance) if entries require)
Women 14-19 years  for 2k @ 76.2cm
Men 14-15 years for 2k @ 76.2cm
​Men 16-17 years for 2k @ 84.0cm
Women 20+ years for 3k @ 76.2cm
Men 20+ years for 3k @ 91.4cm
2:00pm - Discus (ages 13+)
2:30pm - High Jump (ages 8-12)
2:30pm Javelin - Turbo (ages 6-7)
4:00pm - Javelin (ages 13+)
​4:00pm - Discus (ages 6-12)
Rules
  • The competition shall be run to World Athletic rules
  • 1 false start rule shall apply to 13 years and above running events
  • Seeded Events will be conducted for under 13 and over 13 Men and Women up to 800m
  • Athletes shall be seeded according to ability (if times submitted on entry)
  • Spikes worn must be max. of 7mm in length
  • Age restrictions will apply to appropriate events
  • ​Mixed events for 1,500 and longer (if necessary)
  • All throwers must use the correct throwing implement for their age.
  • Athletes in field event (except high jump) will have the duration of the time allocated for their Event for completion of their trials.​
  • High Jump bar will increment by 5cm per round with increased height announced to allow athlete to enter competition at their selected height
Timing : Photo finish shall be in use
Check in: Athletes are not required to check in but report to the start / field event area 15 minutes before start time or when announced.
Spectators/Visitors/Coaches:  Must remain outside the competition area or within the designated coaching area.
Live Results: will only be available via the QR code displayed at the venue
Canteen: Coffee van will be onsite and limited packaged food and drinks available from canteen
